To be greeted at our convenient payment kiosk by a friendly, professional team member who will guide you through the wash process and who will be able to answer any questions that you might have.

After choosing your car wash package at the payment kiosk, pull up to the tunnel entry area. There, one of our experienced team members will help guide you into our wash tunnel. They'll let you know when to put your car in neutral, take your feet off the pedals and hands off the wheel. Your vehicle will move through the wash all automatically, in a few minutes! At the end of the wash tunnel, an electronic sign will notify you when it is safe to put your car into drive, exit the wash and pull into our free vacuum area.

Yes! Our vacuums are free with the purchase of a single wash or wash plan.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wash experience! If you are not satisfied with your wash, please notify a staff member or contact our Corporate Customer Service team at buckeyeexpress@ohiocwh.com.

You can purchase your monthly unlimited plan at your nearest Buckeye Express Car Wash location. When you join, all you need to do is provide your vehicle’s license plate details. Our license plate recognition system at the pay station will allow you to wash your vehicle as many times as you want each month (during operating hours, weather permitting). To maintain your plan, your debit/credit will automatically be charged each month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

Your monthly unlimited plan will be tied to one individual vehicle.

You can use your monthly unlimited plan at any Buckeye Express Car Wash location.

Temporarily, if you purchased a membership at our Buckeye Express Marion location, the membership does not extend to the other Buckeye Express locations. We apologize for any inconvenience.

During this time, we are in the process of converting all of our Buckeye Express locations to new software that will innovate our business and help create an even more efficient and seamless experience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we go through this change.

You can discontinue your monthly unlimited plan by visiting your nearest Buckeye Express Car Wash location and speaking with a team member or by emailing buckeyeexpress@ohiocwh.com. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel your car wash membership at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing.

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.

To move your unlimited car wash membership to a different vehicle, you can visit your nearest Buckeye Express Car Wash location and request it there. Our team will update your account and reassign your account to that vehicle.

• Your Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan must be initially purchased with a valid American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA credit or debit card.

• Your Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan is a regularly recurring and automatic monthly recharge. The credit or debit card associated with your Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan will be charged for the full amount of your Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan(s) (excluding any promotional discounts) each month. If your card is declined for any reason, your Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan(s) may not work correctly and any Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan(s) associated with that card may be canceled.

• You may upgrade or downgrade your Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan at any time by visiting any staffed Buckeye Express Car Wash location. If you upgrade your Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan, then additional charges may be applied at the time of your upgrade.

• Your Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan may be canceled at any time by visiting any staffed Buckeye Express Car Wash location or by emailing buckeyeexpress@ohiocwh.com. All Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to your next billing date. Your failure to provide timely notice of cancellation may result in additional recurring and automatic recharges. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial monthly periods. No third-party cancellations will be accepted.

• All Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly may only be associated with one (1) vehicle. Your Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly plan may not be shared with any other individual and it may not be used to wash multiple vehicles. Your failure to abide by this policy will result in the cancellation of your Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan.

• Buckeye Express Car Wash reserves the right to change its Unlimited Monthly Plan pricing, with notice of any pricing changes being posted at all Buckeye Express Car Wash locations at least thirty (30) days in advance of any such change. Buckeye Express Car Wash will not offer retroactive discounts or refunds for previous Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan purchases in the event of a promotional offering.

• Buckeye Express Car Wash reserves the right to cancel any Buckeye Express Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan for any reason without notice.

• Buckeye Express Car Wash reserves the right to close car wash locations for holidays or due to inclement weather, equipment malfunctions, or equipment upgrades. Furthermore, Buckeye Express Car Wash reserves the right to disable equipment and car wash features due to inclement weather, equipment malfunctions, or equipment upgrades. No refunds or credits will be given for any such wash location closure or equipment/feature disability.
